1. Using the service

Aora WACRM is a browser extension and web dashboard that helps you manage contacts and conversations on WhatsApp Web. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it.

2. Not affiliated with WhatsApp

Aora WACRM is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp is a trademark of its owner.

3. Acceptable use

Send messages only to people who expect to hear from you. Do not send spam, unlawful or abusive content, or use the service to break WhatsApp rules or the law. We are not responsible for number blocking or banning by WhatsApp.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed through PayPal. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment for the life of the product. Prices may change for future purchases. Refunds follow the policy shown at purchase.

5. Your data

You own your contacts, messages and content. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may update features and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
