1. What we collect

Account details such as your name and email. Contacts, notes, tags, templates and settings you create. Conversation data you choose to sync. Basic device and usage data needed to run and secure the service.

2. Local first

Your contacts, notes and settings are kept in your browser. When you sign in, they sync to your Aora WACRM workspace so your team can use them.

3. How we use it

To provide and improve the service, process payments, send account and security emails, and provide support. When you use AI translation, the text you translate is sent to our AI provider to produce the result.

4. What we do not do

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

5. Sharing

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, such as hosting, email and PayPal for payments, and with integrations you connect, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or your own webhooks.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is active. You can export your contacts and ask us to delete your account and data.

7. Security

We use access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your password private.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data.
